✅ PTO Membership Form – Join the PTO and stay in the loop about upcoming events, activities, and ways to support our students. There’s no obligation – just connection.

✅ Prepay Options – Skip the hassle and save money! Use this form to prepay for popular events or activities.

✅ Donation Options – You can also make an additional donation to help fund essential programs like classroom supplies, school improvements, and student activities. Every dollar stays right here at Windsor Farm.

✅ Volunteer Interest Form – Let us know how (and when) you might want to help! There’s no commitment – this just adds you to our volunteer pool so you’ll hear about opportunities that fit your interests and schedule.

✅ Room Parent Sign-Up – Interested in being a Room Parent? Fill out this form and select the teacher(s) you would like to be a Room Parent for. Our Room Parent Coordinator will reach out in the first week of September!
