Based on the valuable feedback from our Family Engagement Survey, it became clear that the PTO should embrace a multi-channel communication approach. After carefully evaluating the available platforms, we have crafted a strategy designed to reach and engage the entire Windsor Farm community.
During the 2024-2025 school year we will also be communicating in the following ways:
- Windsor's Weekly: These are sent out by Windsor Farm every week. The PTO section includes quick updates about upcoming events and links to the website for more information.
- PTO Website: We will post all information about upcoming events on our website, creating one centralized hub of PTO information.
- Email: We will use email for all PTO newsletters and official PTO communications.
- Facebook: We will continue to use Facebook for those that have social media. We will post event updates and reminders, newsletters, and reposts of the Windsor Weekly to the PTO's Facebook group.
Additional ways you may receive communications:
- Community Boards: Parents are automatically granted access to Community Boards, based on the selection of their students teacher. Community Boards are a quick and easy way for parents to communicate with each other and for Room Parents to organize events. These messages may be received as email messages or app notifications if you have the Membership Toolkit app.
