We skipped January’s newsletter in lieu of sanity, but Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and we’re feeling the love! This month is all about kindness, connection, and community—whether it’s sweet treats, heartfelt notes, or fun festivities, we’re spreading joy in every way we can.

Windsor Farm Formal Tickets on Sale!

Join us for the Windsor Farm Formal on Friday, February 7 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $40 for a pair ($5 for each additional child). Tickets are limited - get them before they sell out! Ticket includes refreshments, snacks, a photo booth, and dancing.

Candy Grams

Candy Grams are available now! The cost is $1/Candy Gram. Please color, cut and label any Candy Grams and return by February 10th. The Valentine’s Candy Grams will be distributed on February 14th. A copy of the Candy Gram Flyer is available on the PTO Website!

Sweet Treat Buffet

The PTO will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Sweet Treat Buffet for Windsor Farm staff on February 12th. Please visit the sign up if you would like to make a donation to the buffet. If you are donating an item, please be sure to drop it off to the school prior to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12!

Valentine's Day Parties

You may receive communications soon from our Room Parents who are hard at work planning the Valentine’s Day Parties for our students. Room Parents will be there day-of to facilitate the event, however due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate other parents and guests during the Valentine’s Day class parties.

2024-25 Yearbooks are on sale now! Yearbook flyers were distributed on Friday, 1/31. Early Bird pricing ends on March 14th - order today!

HYBRID PTO Meeting - February 12th

Our first PTO meeting of the year will be on February 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.!

We will be sharing what we have been working on behind the scenes for the last few months, and look ahead to the rest of the year. Join us to learn more about what is happening at Windsor Farm!

Join us for the PTO Meeting in-person to receive product samples sent to us by PTO Today!

Pre-Meeting Family Information Session - PBIS: 101

Before the PTO Meeting our school counselor, Mrs. Haines, will be hosting PBIS: 101, focused on learning about positive behavior supports at Windsor Farm and beyond. All families are encouraged to attend this information-packed session!

When: February 12th @ 6:30 p.m. (will use the same links as the PTO meeting)

Where:Online or in-person in the WFES Media Center plus - stay on the line and catch up on all the PTO happenings at 7:00 p.m.!

Safety Awareness

You may have noticed that AACo has been hard at work putting in a new crosswalk for Windsor Farm. Please be mindful of the changes to traffic patterns. With this new addition that makes walking to school a bit safer, we may see an increase in families who choose to walk to Windsor Farm.

Fundraising Updates

Thanks to your support, we have raised a total of $662.75 from the following three fundraisers:

$250 from Donnelly’s Dockside Spirit Night in November
$250 from Red Hot and Blue in January
$112.75from January PJ Day

Thank you to everyone who braved the weather to come out to our first annual Family Game Night in January - we had a blast hanging out with our families!

And a HUGE thank you to our volunteers who made the night happen - Angela Colbert and Kristen Lockett (and Lauren)! It would not have been a success without you! Special thanks also go to Mathnasium and All Fired Up Brick Oven Pizza for partnering with us for the event!
